Paul Todd, or Jackson Rousey as he's known when performing solo, is a Williamsburg musician who is part of two local bands: Hoot and Annie and Billy Jack. Todd began playing music at 11 when his godfather bought him a bass guitar. Just one year later, Todd's father purchased him his first six-string guitar. And the rest is history.
Todd's appearance on WMBG's Super Sound Showcase sponsored by Retro Daddio was his first radio performance. During his appearance on the Super Sound Showcase, Todd debuted his new song "Dig In My Heels," which he wrote only a week-and-a-half prior to his radio appearance.
